During your first complimentary consultation we will sit down with you to understand your vision, hopes, dreams and expectations. Consultation: The consultation is designed for the bride that needs a jump start to her wedding planning process. During the consultation, we will ask a series of questions to both the bride and groom in order to get better acquainted with both of your tastes and styles. This way we will have a true sense of the type of wedding that you have always dreamed of. The consultation lasts two hours and will provide you with vendor referrals, assistance with your venue selection, budget planning, a timeline and answer any other questions that you may both have. The consultation is also ideal for the bride who has already commenced her planning but has reached a dead end. The price of the consultation will be credited to your balance in the case that you decide to upgrade your contract with us in the future. We would love to assist you to reach your perfect wedding idea! The Big Day: This package was designed for the bride that created her own wedding plans but just needs a little help at the end to ensure that she can relax on the most important day of her life. We will start working with you eight (8) weeks before the big day so that we may establish a relationship with you and get to know your tastes. This package includes an initial consultation, a site visit and walk- through, customized wedding day itinerary, seating arrangement, rehearsal direction and ceremony and reception set-up and supervision. . Although we call it “The Big Day” service, our pre-planning and follow-up begin two months prior to your wedding day. This package definitely offers you more than you would expect! Platinum Wedding: The Platinum Wedding package offers our complete assistance from the first time we meet to the big day. We will manage your entire wedding arrangements including the wedding day, as well as your bridal shower and dinner rehearsal. This package includes the initial consultation, planning checklist, budget preparation, vendor referrals and meetings, cake tasting, design creation and layout, site visit and walk-through, customized wedding day itinerary, seating arrangement and ceremony and reception set-up and management. We also offer coordination of the bachelor and bachelorette parties and the honeymoon at an extra charge. Destination Wedding: Destination weddings are becoming more and more popular everyday. Let us plan your dream wedding for your family and friends. We will manage your entire wedding weekend anywhere in the world. This package also includes guest lodging and management, assistance with traveling documents and rental returns.
